Atlantic Nyonya was founded by Aunty Ruby, and has been in the catering business since 25 years ago. The restaurant was inspired to serve Nyonya cuisine by the hit TV series “Little Nyonya”. It has now developed into three branches, located in Jalan Kubu, Malim, and Melaka Raya. Over the years, it has become one of the time-honored representatives of authentic Nyonya cuisine in Malacca.
The restaurant is not only Halal certified, but also showcases its charm in a variety of traditional Nyonya dishes with its exclusive secret sauces. With its exquisite craftsmanship, each dish such as Ikan Cili Garam, Ikan Nyonya Asam, Ayam Rendang, Ayam Ponteh, Cendol, etc., shows the cultural fusion of Chinese and Malay flavors of Nyonya.
